The Management Office is responsible for establishing the International Financial Centre of Oman, a new independent and purpose-built financial centre designed around the needs of global business.
Working under the mandate established by Royal Decree No.8/2026, the Management Office is leading the development of the Centre’s legal and regulatory framework, institutional structure, operating model and international proposition.
Our ambition is to establish a world-class business ecosystem founded on legal and regulatory excellence and ease of doing business. The purpose-built Centre will reflect Oman’s institutional values – stability, credibility and long-term resilience – and provide a customer-centred experience, making it the ideal choice for firms seeking a supportive and dynamic financial environment.
